Strongman

A strongman is a man who is really strong, sometimes referred to as an "exhibitor of strength". The term was coined in 1900 when Angus MacBeeface was discovered to be a really strong man. The first few strongmen performed many strength-exhibiting feats such as bench pressing, which required lots of arm strength. Many, many centuries later, strongman competitions are now a thing, and involve lots of weight and demanding stuff for a man's body. Notable strongman competitions include World's Stongest Man, World's Pongieat Man and Strongman Champions League (which is always set in Norway, no matter the weather). Other strongman things include the Atlas Stones (balls with maps printed on them), the Truck Pull where... trucks are pulled, the tyre flip where... tyres are flipped, and the deadlift, which puts your back and arms to the ultimate test; it's carried on your back, and whoever carries it for the full distance wins.

Strongmen tend to have a very eggy diet. A typical strongman consumes 10,000 calories worth of eggs per day, because they need that protein and love chickens. They also tend to have gym equipment around their house, so they can train without having to go out. All parts of the body need to be trained - yes, even your ears. This is so you can qualify to compete in a strongman competition. Grip's also very important, as well as back and arm strength, as lots of strongman events rely on those things heavily.

In recent years, legends (and armends) have since grown to become popular, such as Edward Closet Jr., born to a family of buff orangutans in Poland back in 1975. He was born in a closet because orangutans tend to lurk in closets. Despite his munky connections, he bears no resemblance to an ape; he looks more like a little-known pop singer called Eddie Hall. Brian Unshaw is the chosen one, and is always ready to share his bewilderment with other people. He was born with no hair, much like all babies. However, he decided to keep it that way because he wanted to look majestic (and boy does he). But on the topic of majesticism... Robert Obert Obby Obb and Bob. He grew his beard out in 1926 and he can lift a weight or two. These people (and a few others) have popularized the strongman subject drastically in the past few years; they even have their own social medias for maximum exposure.
